Modifying the booking: How can i do this?
In order to make any changes to your reservation is not necessary to recreate it, you can send the email that you received info@palmataxi.com requesting the data they want to be changed. The reservation department will send the modification of your reservation by email.
Meeting Point:
Where can I find the Taxi driver when I get to the Airport?
Once you have all your luggage you must make your way to the "Meeting Point" at the arrivals terminal.The driver will await you with a sign with the name of the person who made payment the reservation.
How can I find the Meeting Point:
The meeting point is located in the center of the arrivals hall, just off the exit number 4, next to the airport information desk. In the case of not locate the point where you can call the support phone number will be happy to guide you or indicate if the driver where you are so you can go to pick you up.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Palma Taxi controls its booking with its own software connected through Airport. This system allows us to know to the minute the situation of your flight, assigned luggage conveyor belt and arrival gate. If your flight is delayed or lands before scheduled, don`t worry, we will be waiting.
I have missed my flight or it has been cancelled: what must I do?
If you lose your flight we can not know unless you inform us, is very important in the case of flight lost contact you by phone or email indicating the loss of your flight and if you can finally fly quoting your flight.
If your flight is a cancellation Palmataxi will contact you so you can tell us the reason for cancellation and solution that has given the airline can fly if finally we are happy to wait.
If you can not fly, the reservations department informed of the steps.
Payment:
We accept any credit or debit card.
Credit Card Payment:
Full payment of your booking is done on the web directly, without any extra cost in the comfort of your home.
PayPal:
Full payment of your reservation is made using your PayPal account.
Cancellation of your reservation:
STEPS:
1 .- All you have to do is re-send your confirmation e-mail requesting service cancellation before the 48hours the start of the trip.
2 .- Once your application is received must be approved by the reservations department.
3 .- If your cancellation is authorized, the reservations department will respond to your email request its cancellation proceeding.
Important: All cancellations requested less than 48 hours at the beginning of the service has a cost of 15 € for administrative costs.
